I will try to get a pic of an original sled and label posted in the next day or so.

Size of NOS large format front horn brackets.http://audiokarma.org/forums/index.p...795.11707/full
I went through my plywood scraps today and found two 28"x16" pieces. I used some L brackets I had, and mounted the horns. I'll paint them eventually.
I'll use these sleds until I find the wood and hardware to build a more original pair.
I am trying to decide which of the bracket holes I should use. There is about an inch difference between them. One setting would put the horns about 3" from the top of the speaker, and the other about 4" up.
I also have to figure out how far back the horns should go. Most pics I see have the front of the horn hanging over the front of the speaker cab. I'll start out with them like that and then do some listening.
Despite what it says link seems to work

Your neighbors called. They like your music.
Yeah, it was this one from that posting that 'reminded' me about this thread that I thought had the info to link to, but now it's just a photo and searching FB was a waste of time: Page Not Found | Facebook

20 inches deep, 30 inches wide, typical lumber core plywood of the late 50's era, 3/4 inch thick.
Here's the bolt code sheet, and i'll work on getting some location dimensions later today or tomorrow.
Elitopus will be here this morning, if he takes the sleds we may have to have him do the dimension gig.
